The Urbz for TS2 and New Screenshots

My adventures in family and shopping land are now over for a while and I have finally recovered, so now it's time to bring everyone up to date with all the Sims 2 stuff from the past week.

If you didn't see yesterday's update, the patch for the game has been released!� I highly reccomend downloading it if you haven't done so already.� Some issues were not fixed but most of the big ones were.� While you are on�the official site�getting your game all patched up, you can also make a quick stop at the exchange and pick up a new video game for your sims!� They can now add The Urbz to their game collection.

There wasn't alot of new information about the expansion pack, but there are a few new screenshots for you to drool over.� Two were part of The Sims 2 Scoop (newsletter) and can be seen here ... a few more can be found at Sims Express.

That pretty much sums up what was missed recently!

When are we going to be both given and allowerd to make new furniture, walls and floors. If EA Games is planning to keep a strangle hold on such things for much longer a lot of us are going to simply stop playing S2. We are bored with the few and mostly ugly choices we have now.

I hope the rumors that EA and Maxis are planning to only produce these things and realease them with expansions proves to be false because that would be a serious betrayal to all of use who bought every expansion to S1 even though we were able to get new walls, furniture, floors, roofs, decorations and everything else off from the resourse and other fan sights.

What does the URBZ do. Can our sims go to the city or something?
