Garden Competition Winners Announced

The Community Garden Competition asked people to design beautiful green areas for your Neighborhoods, where Sims can socialize and spend lazy afternoons. We had 105 entries which include many well thought out and implemented designs but also some cranky, outrageous locations to set themselves out from the crowd!

So, on to the winners of the competition, who are:

1st - Pleasantpark by hanniepelle who wins a $50 Amazon Gift Certificate
2nd - Troubled Waters Park by Piej who wins a 1 Year Subscription to TSR
3rd - Xanadu Gardens by echo66 who wins a 6 Month Subscription to TSR
4th - Tranquil Gardens Sanctuary by SimStacy who wins a 2 Month Subscription to TSR
5th - Tranquil Sims Garden by twistedstar who wins a 1 Month Subscription to TSR

Congratulations to them for winning, and thanks to all of the creators who entered the 105 Community Lots for the competition!

All of the creations can be downloaded now from the TS2 Community Lots Database now.

Congrats to all. This was the first contest I ever dared enter and I'm thrilled to have my entry considered on the same level as these others. To anyone else that entered and didn't win -- trust me, just try again next time because you never know what will strike a chord. ;-)
