Family Fun Stuff Patch

Now that the Family Fun pack has been out for a while, quite a few bugs have been reported, and the first Family Fun patch has been released. This patch fixes the following problems:

Family Fun Stuff clothing assets will no longer disappear after creating a Sim with them in Create-a-Sim.

Fixed object error that occurred when both the helicopter and nanny car arrived on family lot at the same time.

You can get the patch (about 25.9 MB) by following this link. This may not, however, be the last patch for Family Fun, as MaxoidMojo posted on the official BBS at this thread that they are investigating other reported issues. However, we�ll let you know if another patch is released!

Marriage and sex in Sims2 don't occur unless the player initiates the action. In Sims 2 childbirth occurs in a fairy tale-like way a short time after sex. This is how the creators of The Sims2 depict procreation and the biology of genetics. In The Sims2 the only other ways to have a child in a family are to begin the family with children in create-a-sim or adopt.

As for ghosts...the grim reaper will indeed appear to whisk away those whose time has come. To prevent ghosts is simple. Just delete the tombstone or urn that is left behind when the dearly departed is gone.

It is interesting that you use the term "upgrading". This implies that your daughter plays the original game. While sex wasn't an interaction in the original Sims game--same sex couples, the grim reaper and ghosts were all possibilities.

I installed ffs and got the new CEP file on MTS2.com, since then everything works fine with all of my custom content.

Just hearing all the drama about FFS...,I'm glad I decided not to get FFS! I'm still waiting for the EP that will let our sims go on customized vactions lots and maybe fairs and amusements parks like in the sims EP: Sims Vacation and Magic....and when are we going to get to have our pets..I'm getting tired of hearing dogs barking and not being able to see them! $\:\($
