Problems with downloads

There are problems with one of our fileservers (again) for subscribers. It appears there are problems when using the download basket and sims2pack files. So for the moment please resort to using the zip downloads. We have ordered new hardware and will replace the corrupt server early this week (as well as fixing it first). We are very sorry for the inconvenience and we will credit you with two extra days once this is resolved.

Edit: It seems the problem depends on which fileserver you end up on, so it may work for some while not for others.

I used the download basket to get a heap of lots using a free days ex Kudos, but none of the lots extracted, and some basket downloads were corrupt. This was nearly a month ago.

Thank you so much for fixing the problem. I know it couldn't have been that easy. i love this site and am here every day so there is a big hole in the day when it isn;'t working, lol.
i don't see the extra daysd but that is not important at all. i am just so happy to be able to use the wizard again
