House Builders Competition.

The first of our member's area competitions is here! First up is a creative construction competence competition! Try saying that after a few beers! Our last competition saw only 5 entries, so we made them all winners, so don't think you won't stand a chance! It's the taking part that counts, so get your submissions in to us. You've got to be in it to win it! Your task is to decorate and furnish this lovely little property the best you can, giving your full attention to the details of design and suitability. This house should be built to impress, while remaining practical enough for any Sim family to prosper in. And don't forget the gardens too (or yards for our US buddies). They should be planted and furnished so as to turn the heads of every Sim strolling in and out of the 'hood, so get your gardening gloves on! A simple little competition that everyone can take part in. We will have 3 winners in this competition in the following categories:Best use of space for game play Best garden (yard) design/layout Best overall lot, all things considered. (The place we'd like to live in)All three winners will receive the next expansion pack for the game, The Sims: On Holiday, otherwise known as Vacation in the US. Again with the alternate named packs.
