We have been upgrading our infrastructure to drastically improve the quality of service you receive. Unfortunately we have run into a few problems, including a major piece of equipment being faulty on arrival from the manufacturer. We have had technicians working all weekend to keep the faulty equipment running while we wait for delivery of a replacement from the manufacturer. The replacement will be dispatched from Israel either today or Monday. In the meantime we will be taking measures to keep everything as stable as possible.
