Created for: The Sims 3

Warwick Foundation is rather old-style building. Situated on the shore of Bridgeport bay, it welcomes all the guest in the city center. The building itself made of brown bricks, and highlighted with white concrete, also it is decorated with beautifully made cornice. 4 flats per floor, except for the last 14th story, which provides space only for two flats, you can choose any of both, all of 'em have their pluses: the left one has an astonishing view on the city and the bridge, the right one provides view on Star's Village and Bridgeport bay. The room placement is old-based with one common corridor for all the rooms, bath and toilet are in different rooms. The building has no parking space, because it was not planned.
