The only house on the Sim block to have a basement, yet it is not used. The mystery to why this is the case has yet to discovered but it's bound to be something dark, disturbing or maybe both!
This house is mainly set on the second floor, the basement is not used! There is a small balcony near the front and large one at the rear. There is a small porch which is connected to a hallway which later connects to another hallways. There are 2 large bedroom, one of which has a on suite bathroom. There is another bathroom. There is a joint living room kitchen and also there is a small garden on the ground floor near the front.
