Always wanted to live down by the river, but couldn't afford it. Well here is your solution. A lovely 3 bedroom, two bath trailer decorated in traditional back woods style. The trailer is up on 8 foot stilts to prevent flooding during the rainy season and because the lot comes with a small swamp located directly beneath the trailer. Don't worry about wild life there isn't much around. The added plus of the house being on stilts is that you can use the yard to its fullest.
