The Bryce Country Mansion sits upon lot 2. Out front you will find a bubbling stream and enough beautiful landscaping to keep an avid gardener busy for hours (whether its your sim or the gardener they hire hehe). On the lower floor of the Bryce Country Mansion you will find two bathrooms, a living room, formal dining room, kitchen, study, family/playroom, a garage, and an unfinished laundry and mudroom room. Two staircases lead to two wings on the upper floor: the master wing, containing the bedroom and bath, and the children's wing, with two bedrooms and two baths. You will need to download: the white windsor door from simagine, sponge's classy window at simburbs, raveena's white sliding glass door, and yakko's glass floor.
