This is my second house, the style I chose was a futuristic house, the house is surrounded by a well light swimming pool and indoor gardens with a large lounge leading off to a bedroom and a bathroom on the second floor, on the first floor there is 4 indoor gardens and a moderate size kitchen, to get to each location there are no stairs only a transporter which is available from killersims.com and is not contained in the zip file due to copyright reasons.
Please ensure that you download the transporter pad prior to putting the house in the game.
