A modern mansion in (somewhat) prairie style has its own nightclub on the premises which is attatched to the main house by a 2nd story walkway. Also has an indoor pool and teleporters. First story of the main house has a kitchen, dining room, bath, and living area furnished, plus two unfurnished rooms and a patio. 2nd story has a dining area for parties and a bath for guests with stall-type toilets near a very large unfurnished balcony, Plus a mostly unfurnished hall leading to another huge unfurnished room for bedroom suite. The one custom texture is a white carpet that I left at $1/square to be easily identifiable.
