The Beck floor plan is modeled after the old English manor homes that thrived on symmetry. The stairs are centered in the front hall with an equal number of rooms on either side for balance. The two balconies on the back overlook the small pond. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs and an indoor balcony that looks down upon the den. The Master suite is located downstairs next to the fourth bathroom. The Beck floorplan also has an eat-in kitchen, a formal living, dining room and a study/office. **Since the majority of the wall and floor files that I use in my houses are custom made by others I can not include them here. You may need to do some redecorating.**
