This is a 4-room house, a great starter house. It has a large bedroom a nice size kitchen with furnishings all in a blue color, a smaller size living room but has the bookcase and a TV and 2 different places to sit, and the bathroom is quite roomy it has large windows to let in lots of sunshine. The outside has a small porch in the front, a small white picket fence surrounded byt roses, tulips, and daffodils with also a few small rose bushes. There are a few trees in the yardfor shade with plenty room left for a swimming area. This lot is easy on the pocket with lots of room for expansion.
