Built in the late 1800s and recently renovated, Elton Hall is still as glamorous today as it was before. The original owner, William Sim-Elton, came to Sim City with only the clothes on his back. He valued hard work and honesty and amassed a great fortune. He Kept the Hall as a retreat for his family after frantic months in the City. Sadly, when he passed away, his children fought bitterly over who should have control of the estate. Sim-Elton would have rolled in his grave to see his family bickering like peasants over a crumb. The Hall, being merely a weekend retreat, isn't very large by the standards of the Rich but your Sim will love it! The house comes almost fully furnished (needs a few decorative touches) and has six bedrooms (five upstairs) and six full bathrooms (two upstairs). The first floor consists of a formal living room, a sitting room, four bathrooms, a large bedroom suite, an indoor swimming pool, both formal and informal dining rooms and a lounge with a fieldstone fireplace. The kitchen has been completely modernized with the most up to date appliances. The second floor has five large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a music room with wet bar and a T.V. room. The yard has been professionally landscaped around the swimming pool and two backyard patios as well as the three small ponds.
