Not too long ago, in the forums, a thread was started in which people said there was a significant lack of one story homes that could fit more than one or two Sims. Thus, the Exclusive Series was born. The Siding House is the second in the series. This floorplan has a large master suite with attached bathroom on one side of the house away from the other two bedrooms for privacy. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms total as well as a large kitchen, an office, a dining room, two living rooms, a library and a game room. The game room opens onto a patio in the back. The yard has been professionally landscaped around the swimming pool and the small pond in front of the home.
