It is a Greek-Style (sort of like an ancient temple). I actually created it with elves (mainly Legolas:P) from Lord of the Rings in mind. I guess you could use it for either that or a Renissance design. The house is VERY expensive due to its size. If you don't have enough money, move your sims in BEFORE downloading the house.Also, since I did not use the necessary amount of wall/column support, when you alter the second floor, it usually says "Location out of bounds". Just build a wall surrounding the first floor and then delete it after you are done.
