This house was created by me for Down Home Sims. It is a remodeled version of the Maxis Tudor at 10 Sim Lane, Neighborhood 1. The house features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is completely furnished with Maxis items only. The first floor includes a living room, formal dining room, kitchen, bathroom and small bedroom. A second floor was added for additional space and includes two generous-sized bedrooms and a large bathroom with access from the hall and the master bedroom. The spacious upstairs hall is large enough for a cozy sitting area at one end and an overhang at the top of the stairs is just the right size to accommodate a desk and provides additional room for a study nook. Be sure to have you Sims hire a gardener to care for the extensive landscaping. No custom content included.
