Move out of your starter home and into something larger, more elegant yet still affordable. Three large bedrooms and two bathrooms means there is room for every Sim in the family. The patio leads to the pool and the river beyond. The most charming feature, however, is the large fountain next to the patio. This home will make you the envy of every Sim! **Since the majority of the wall and floor files that I use in my houses are custom made by others I can not include them here. You may need to do some redecorating.**
