The Hamilton was originally built by a man who loved to party. He had guest suites installed on the second floor with access to the balcony overlooking the pool in the backyard and a master suite on the ground floor in case he was too knackered to make it up the stairs. There are also two half-baths on the first floor as well as a kitchen, a dining room, a living room and a game room. The game room opens onto the patio that surrounds the pool. Fortunately the house has recently been remodeled and is now suitable for Sims with a family. The yard has been professionally landscaped.
