The Violet Villa, so named because of its bold purple coloring, was originally an exclusive boarding school until Lucy Sim-Andrews bought the property and converted the two large buildings into a private home. The main building consists of two large bedrooms with attached bathrooms along with an office upstairs and all formal areas downstairs. The second building, a former dormitory, has been remodeled into six massive suite style bedrooms. The two buildings are connected by the patio surrounding the pool and an impressive balcony. The grounds have been professionally landscaped around the large pond that cuts diagonally across the lot.
