Years ago a beacon was considered a source of light, a signal, leading to shelter and protection. Later they were known as lighthouses and were built along craggy coastlines. This outdated Beacon has been turned into a recreational facility. The second floor consists of two bathrooms (one for men, one for women), an arcade, a relaxing spa and an ice cream parlor complete with fruit smoothies and pastries. The wrap around deck has two seating areas, a dance floor with jukebox and two observation areas including four telescopes. The first floor has two more bathrooms (one for men, one for women), a television and gambling room, a pool hall and a book store. Outdoors on the beach is a fully stocked bar with plenty of room to mingle, or if your Sim prefers, a quiet area to cuddle with a date.
