I was messing around with a tutorial on making bridges and noticed I had a piece of foundation under the water. I expanded the foundation and built walls (much to my amazement). I added some furniture (which is very hard to do because I suppose it's not supposed to be under water). The Sims will use the objects under water, too. Odd. I am uploading it for anyone interested in the possibilities/oddity of it. I can't think of much else you can do with it.
