I made this pier for my Newhaven Neighborhood, i used only maxis objects, so it has no custom content. It is not furnished inside, so you can have what ever business you want on the pier. This lot is flooded with maxis water so you can make it a swimmable sea, Lot Size: 3x5, Lot Value: $70,568
