Created for: The Sims 2

This is one of my first Sims2 houses. I've had two generations of one family live in this house & have found it to be very "livable" & versatile. Downstairs are a bedroom, bath, kitchen, living room, study & large deck, all fully (though sparsely) furnished. The three main rooms are versatile & can be interchanged to fit the needs of your Sims. For instance, you can switch the living room & kitchen, then use the study as a dining room. I've also found it very convenient to use the study as a nursery when there are babies in the family. Upstairs are another bedroom & bath just waiting for you to furnish them for a growing family. Since the upstairs doesn't take up all of the house, it would be possible to expand it to include additional bedrooms. There is a full basement beneath the house which, although there are no stairs leading to it (wanted to save money!), I've found useful for storing baby items & Fortune Sims stuff.
