In this first of a hopeful series, I will explore the denseness of asian, especially Japanese, buildings.

The first in this lot of two buildings is the Kirei Building, a building that houses a retail space on the bottom floor and can be used to any extent upstairs, including hotel, apartment/loft spaces, or extensions of a mall type retail space. All upperfloors have balcony access with the top "penthouse" having two stories and roof access.

The second building, the Suteki Building, resembles a modern office tower and can be used as such. It is designed to be, however, an art gallery accompanied byv retail/living space on upper floors. Using large amounts of glass, the Suteki Building's feeling of openness is unflagging.
