I used CC on the walls/floors, etc, but i tried not to use any custom furniture, so the furni is pretty much Maxis only. If you would like a non - furnished lot uploaded, let me know. Please do not re-upload my lot to TSR or anywhere else. Obviously, you can refurnish it how you like,ingame. enjoy :)

Planned out well, but the decorating is a bit lousy, well not lousy but not my style i'd say, it would be brilliant if it were a bit more modern.
