Looking for a large, luxurious, not-quite-a-mansion-but-can-easily-be-one home for your large Sim family? Well, here's a place that puts a premium on Sim family living! In the basement, along with a bathroom, there's a child's bedroom, a nursery, and a laundry room. On the fourth level, there's a guest/fifth bedroom, along with a loft/exercise/gameroom activity area. There's a small pond also where your Sims can converse. The washer and dryer is by LLedford, from MTS2. The iron with ironing board, and nursery baby washtub, is from TSR's Cemre. The Mediterranean living room mural is by TSR's SSilver. All rugs everywhere are by Windkeeper/Echo. All toilet paper, paper towels, and cloth towels are by Windkeeper. A Mustang wall clock in the the guest bedroom is by TSR's Toddfx. Overhead kitchen and laundry room cabinets by Fairywitch. Outside, the bird feeder is made by Buntah. Hack-free. One more thing: I'm embarrassed to add that I forgot to put in burgular alarms!
