My sim grammas are getting so tired of their sagging bodies that I gave them plastic surgery. New Mesh with slightly thinner legs, more defined waist, and I "lifted" & reshaped some of the essential parts LOL

neither my grandma OR great grandma had bad posture OR hips like that quite frankly so i appreciate this mesh.

Totally agree with ladyofshallott. Not everyone has to lose their posture and have gravity really take over completely.
