I created this one to replace Maywood Glen in Sunset Valley.

It's a simple little Sunken Garden with an eating area and an area for Chess.

The idea was to make a "Mahjong Gardens" but unfortunately The Sims 3 has no Mahjong board like #2 had, so I used chess boards instead.

I hope you like it.
