Created for: The Sims 3

Here is the City Hall to go with my old fashioned community lots. This is lot 5. It was inspired by the San Francisco City Hall building. City Hall features two court rooms on the second floor, complete with judges' chambers. The first and third floors hold offices for city workers and lots of places for sims to sit and wait! Much of the custom content listed above is decorative, so you could choose to decorate it with your own items if you wish. Make sure you get the windows (get the whole set), door, column, stairs and railing, sidewalk terrain and custom rabbit hole rug. Those are all required.
