Created for: The Sims 3

A Studio to record a film or the record music. (Also a Dance Club [Lot Type as well])

The building has 5 floors, but only 3 are visible. The first floor a Music record studio on the left, and a film recording set on the right. Farther up on the same floor there is a Science/Alien film set and on the opposite side there is a Bed Room and Living Quarters living set.
Up the Elevators to floor 2 there is a Concert stage with a bar,female- male bathrooms, and 4 dancing mats.
The Concert Stage has a room on each side for the musician to stay.
Up the elevator to floor 3 there is individual recording boxes with one instrumental per box.
