Grauman's Chinese Theatre, opened in 1927 on Hollywood Boulevard and Walk of Fame in Los Angeles, is by far the most famous theatre in the world, and a world-known L.A. landmark.

The lot is not just a random community lot, but the main building contains the theatre object, useful for movies, guitar lessons, partnership and careers.
The lot also features a buffet restaurant, a lounge and separate restrooms/bathrooms. Cars can be parked in the big parking area.
