Community lot Tortuga features a library, the town hall with clocktower, a tipical-food restaurant, hotel, church and an ancient vessel turned into a honeymoon suite. :)

Lovely and creative! One constructive comment if I may -- I had some sims get stuck in the boat and had to use the resetsim cheat to get them out. They couldn't walk out by theselves. When I finally figured out the issue I had about 8 of them stuck in there! I'm not sure what the issue was. I use a Mac, Snow Leopard, fully patched.
