Are your Sim children tired of playing in their own backyard? Got a Sim that simply loves the outdoors? Then this is the park for you. Being that I'm not fond of the community lots that came with the game, I decided to make a few. Includes, playscapes, slides, chess tables, firepits, swings, sandbox, bike racks, picnic areas (tables and grills).

Special note: This is an odd sized lot. I built this park on the lot where the '28 Hour Wellness' gym was located. If you have trouble finding a lot to place this on, I suggest relocating the in game gym. Or if you'd like a new gym, then check out my '24 Hour Sim Fitness' lot. Happy Simming!
