Created for: The Sims 3

This is part of a set of Colleges and Faculties I am building on the lines of Oxford University - collectively they will make up Queen's University. Inside they can be used as residential or community lots. Keep checking back for more colleges and other additions to the set.

The hub of all scientific activity in the University. Built in the 1930s in the Art Deco style, the building houses laboratories, lecture theatres and offices for non-college affiliated Professors. Contains a five-sided quad, and ample space within to make what you want of it. :)

Can also double up as a hospital, modernist church or college - or even a house for your more suave sims...
