for those who haven't the live town pack, the game's default libraries can be boring and ugly. so I decided to create a new library to adorn the city with an unusual and appealing architectural design. it have: computer room, chess and painting space, two floors of libraries, a living room and two bathrooms. No place for kids because ... i hate kids ...
