A very modern art museum. Has a small coffee shop for the hungry sims and an easel to boost painting skills. Contains some custom stuff from the EA Store. If you only have the base game installed, the building and lot will still show up but a lot of the custom content will not. That doesn't matter, because the wallspace can be displayed with your own art and light fixtures. Most of the content and building construction is base game anyway.
