This is the third lot in my Bridgeport Hills series. It was built at 64 Queensbury Road, but it can be placed in any 40x40 lot. This home has a 2 car garage, living room, dining room, study, guest bathroom, kitchen and laundry room. Upstairs has 4 bedrooms, 2 with private bathrooms, a family bathroom and a large loft space. I left the upstairs rooms unfurnished.
