Ok so I challenged myself to build a micro under 5k, and yes that is fully furnished. It has a bedroom, bath, kitchen/dinning, & living room. It is furnished with the cheapest items in the game. Unlike my other micros I didn't spend any time in CAS. Also this home has NO depreciation. This is a great and super cheap starter for any single sim.


Also for those that want to know how I kept it under 5k the secret is I didn't build walls. I built foundation and raised it to wall height then used move objects on to place my windows and doors. And yes the sims can use the space.

This is amazing, I didn't think you could build a home that's 5k, but you did it! Its a perfect starter home for a cheap sim like me \:P But anyways great job!
