Arcadian is a substantial grey stone residence, situated at 20 Hidden Grove Lane, Riverview and is named - tongue-in-cheek - for the fabulous 'playroom' which occupies almost the entire ground floor area. Here even the most avid entertainment seeker will find something to occupy both time and energy - from seated electronic games - to pool or 8ball - to the bullride or gyro - to the gym corner with exercise equipment - - or perhaps a karaoke session and busting some moves?
For the more sedentary minded, a cosy fireplace has pride of place - and a cinema-size TV is made to order. The ground floor also includes [ separate to the games area ] the main entry and an intermediate space containing a classic stairway to the upper levels oh! and there is a full bathroom, plus laundry here as well.
On the next level are to be found 2 double bedrooms - one with ensuite bathroom - while the second bedroom has a desk and personal computer. A ful chef's kitchen, formal dining room [which has one screened wall], family bathroom, a TV viewing area, and a screened sunporch round out the room count for this floor.
The top level is for the musically inclined, with a grand piano and strings. There is plenty of comfort seating for those who like to simply sit and listen, or make use of the reading material provided. There is also a domino table for four here.
The grounds are landscaped and include a pretty fountain with stone benches and a sunshade; there are 2 car standng spaces, and a lap pool with it's own simple after-swim shower and shaded seating.
Arcadian sits snugly on it's flat 30x30 block and will be just as happy elsewhere on a similar footing.
