After playing the game for quite a while I got very sick of the first houses I designed for the beach lots on Sun Song Road, so I redid one lot completely from scratch and then placed the same house in a row.

I'm really happy with how this one turned out and think it looks great in the game....especially when it's used for all five lots along the beach in Sunset Valley.

The house has two bathrooms, a master bedroom and study upstairs and two unfurnished bedrooms in the basement. At the time of uploading I was unsure whether to place another basement level so I have left the two downstairs rooms bare for you do decorate your own way.

I hope you enjoy this house as I really enjoyed making this one.
