I have all EP installed but decorated and built only with basegame and University Life items.

I placed public room markers(only important if you have the Late Night EP installed) in the caf�, the laundry, the bookshop, the first floor of the factory and the corner shop. (so that Sims that don't live there can enter them). If you don't want them delete them in buydebug. If you want do change something in the public areas you have to type �restrictbuildbuyinbuildings false� in the cheat console (ctrl+shift+C).
