Birlumboo seems to be linked to threes - 3 storeys, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 living areas.
Entry is gained to the ground floor via a set of stained-glass, double doors which lead into a generous vestibule, with seating and hanging space for hats/coats and from which one archway opens into a small sittingroom with TV - another leads to the office and a further arch gives onto the main floor. Here are - in order and clockwise around the central elevator - a general purpose bathroom with separate toilet; a very large and graciously appointed living room with feature fireplace and bar; compact but full-featured kitchen; and a formal diningroom. The outdoor entertainment deck is accessed from the livingroom.
On the mid-level are the bedrooms. The master with its canopied bed and it's private, marble bathroom; a smaller double room with heirloom velvet comforter and a single room with desk and computer for study or fun. These latter two rooms share the convenience of a full bathroom. At the end of the gallery around the lifts is a large livingroom, where the focus is a massive digital aquarium - visible both from within the room and from the gallery. This room also has a TV and cushioned comfort, with a chess table available to all comers. The game room contains a football table, shuffleboard setup, and a dartboard for the eagle eyed and steady handed amongst us.
Up to the top level and the session room and sculpting studio. Instruments for a 3piece band are in place, as is a bar and seating and the studio is equipped with enough gear for any budding Michelangelo - plus some fine examples for inspiration!
An eclectic - some might even say, hectic - combination, but one that will give some Sim lucky family what they dream of.

Notes re placement
Birlumboo was built on the 30x20 lot at 2450 Pinochle Point in Sunset Valley.
Tested on the following flat lots: 30x20 91 Landgraab Avenue SV; 20x30 72 Waterlily Lane SV; 30x20 2110 Edgewood Road Bridgeport; 20x30 27 Lost Willow Road, Riverview; 30x20 39 Sweetwater Loop Twinbrook. Note that Birlumboo is not flat. There will be a very slight slope to street level in the path at the entry point - all else is fine. It will fit nicely on a 20x30, flat lot IF the long edge is parallel to the road, otherwise not.
