This house is pretty big and it's able to stay around 6-8 Sims in the house for persons to share bedrooms. So there are three bedrooms, which you can choose which bedroom. The house has two bathrooms with plenty of room and a kitchen with good views of the pool area which was slightly too big. But the pool, you can always shrink. The colors are, on average, black and white because it belongs to this series. I wanted a little good feeling by adding green leaves on the roofs to make it look like ivy. In addition to regular rooms, the house has fireplace, a terrace similar to a balcony. A large garden with room to grow and laundry ropes.
I'm very happy with the house because I have learned a lot of new things you can do by instructions on Youtube and here at TSR. I truly hope that you also think about the house. The colors, you can always switch off if you want the house in any color.
Note: You must have the World Adventures and Ambition to play the game. The house is furnished, and then I'm not quite sure how much the house costs without furniture and furnishings. I just put a random number chosen price.
