Created for: The Sims 3

This is the third of 3 Victorian inspired townhouses I built to go with my Old Fashioned Community lots. This townhouse features a living room, kitchen, dining room and half bath on the first floor. There are 2 bedrooms, one with an attached bathroom and a nice sized family bathroom on the second floor and a bedroom, bathroom and loft area on the third floor. There is a small garage in the back and a small backyard. This house is perfect for a small family or a few adults. Because of its small size, the lot plays very well.
