Perfect choice for a new Sim in the neighbourhood, and it comes in just under the $16500 First Home Owner's Grant. Not a whiff of trailer-park here! The internal room dimensions would not be out of place in a much larger floorplan than this one. This particular starter has everything that the discerning Sim with a young family will need to let them become established in their new location - but if they prefer to forego the furnishings and re- locate with their own, then the price becomes even more appealing and should cover removal costs into the bargain.
