Perfect for a single Sim who's just starting out in the big city, this admittedly ugly monstrosity was almost torn down several times, but was saved by the local city council because it was 'Drawing Sim Suburbanites to our fair city time and again', in turn eventually keeping them in the city (After they moved out, of course). Comes also with a Sloppy Jalopy! Enjoy! (If you can stomach it) :)

^Some types of basements can be built without WA, but this lot wasn't built using that method.  Anyway, just perfect for my grungy area, THANK YOU so much!
