A simple big house, perfectly suited for a young couple who are going to start a big family.. A house with clovers, is this luck that brought us to this house?

A hallway with on the left the living room and to the right the dining room with a kitchen. The living room has some extra space which you can fill in with your needs. There's a toilet in between.

Upstairs you'll find one bedroom fully furnished and two bathrooms. There are two empty rooms which you can decorate yourself. One of these rooms has a balcony.

The garden is big and a great start if you want to do something with gardening. Building a little playground for your little ones is possible too.

The sim you see in the screenshot is not included!! There's no Household in it.
