Windmill De Zwaluw has been grinding mustard seed for centuries. Not anymore. The inner grinding mechanism has been removed to create living space. That is new, the rest is still centuries old.
A very spacious lot with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a huge living room and an eat-in kitchen with a small scullery where you can do the laundry. Yes, you can buy a dryer, but the flapping in the wind clothesline is more appropriate when you live in a windmill.

The mill itself is designed using CFE. Be careful if you want to make changes to it. Built on a 40x40 flat lot. Holland is flat, so mills are quite useless in mountain areas.
The chicken coop is not in the download. It is a Store item.
